1.1. The conditions apply to all persons and the owner of WEBBER O\u00dc, the owner of the trading environment lurex.ee (hereinafter – the online store lurex.ee), in relation to legal relations arising from the purchase of goods through the online store lurex.ee.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of goods through the lurex.ee online store are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3. In connection with the development of the online store lurex.ee and in order to more efficiently and safely use the online store, WEBBER O\u00dc has the right to make changes and additions to these conditions and the price list. Amendments to the Terms and Price List will be announced on the lurex.ee website. Amendments and additions to the Terms and Price List shall enter into force upon publication of the corresponding amendment or amendment on the lurex.ee website. Unless otherwise provided by law or these Terms, if you placed your order before the date of entry into force of changes to the Terms, the legal relationship between you and WEBBER O\u00dc will be governed by the conditions applicable to you at the time of ordering.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prices<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2.1. The prices in the online store www.lurex.ee are valid for timely payment of the bill in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2. All prices in the online store are indicated in euros (EUR) and include 20% VAT.<\/span><\/p>\n

Products<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3.1. The products presented in the online store are usually in stock. The availability of these Products is not guaranteed, as they may be erroneous due to possible technical problems with the programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2. If the Customer places an order, but it turns out that the Product is not available to the Seller, the online store will not be able to fulfill this order. In this case, the Customer will be refunded the full purchase price immediately after detecting a lack of goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.3. Product photographs displayed on the Online Store are for illustrative purposes only and may inadvertently differ from the actual appearance of the Product.<\/span><\/p>\n

Purchases<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4.1. Lurex.ee recommends a simple electronic order form that does not require separate registration, is quick and convenient. Use the product catalog or search engine to find the product you are interested in. Put the product you are interested in in the basket by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. In the upper corner you can see the number of products in the basket and the purchase amount. By clicking on the basket, you can view and check your product.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.2. To place an order, the Customer must go to the “Shopping Basket” page: in the menu bar, click the “Buy” button when selecting a shopping basket, after which the Customer will be redirected to the order completion page.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.3. After entering the necessary data and verifying the correctness of the data, the Client confirms the order by clicking “Confirm and pay.” After this action, the order was confirmed and sent to the seller.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.4. The Buyer must immediately pay for the Product through the Bank link and confirm the payment to the Seller by clicking the “Return to Seller” button.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.5. After paying for the goods, the online store will send to the customer<\/span><\/p>\n

4.6. The customer agrees to provide the correct information necessary to complete the order when placing the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.7. The seller is not responsible for the inability to complete the order due to incorrect data provided by the Client, or any of their consequences.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.8. The seller has the right to refuse the order if there is any doubt about the correctness of the information provided to the seller and in case of illegal actions.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n5.3. Payment is made outside the online store environment in the secure payment environment of the PaySera service provider.<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery and transfer<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6.1. You can receive the goods for free (without shipping costs) in Tallinn, subject to prior approval. To do this, you must contact the above data and provide a list of desired products.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.2. Delivery services cover all of Estonia.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.3. This product will be delivered by one of Itella, DPD or OMNIVA courier services within 2-3 business days (Estonia).<\/span><\/p>\n

6.4.1. Within Estonia, the goods will be delivered to Itella, DPD or OMNIVA specialized parcel machines, after full payment.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.5. Please follow the correct contact information when placing an order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in order delivery. Lurex.ee (WEBBER O\u00dc) and the courier are not responsible for delays in delivery and misunderstanding, if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccuracy or inaccuracy of the information provided by you at the time of placing the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.6. The product will be delivered by courier, for up to 15 business days, depending on the region where the customer lives. For more detailed information, cost and delivery time, see the table above. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempt, the product will be sent back to the Seller.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.7. In the event that the Customer places an order on weekends or holidays, the deadline for sending the order begins from the next first business day from 09:00 (local time) following the weekend or public holiday.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.8. Goods are delivered in parts if product information does not indicate that the product has been assembled.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.9. The delivery time indicated in the order confirmation is valid if 100% of the order amount was paid on the day of the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.10. Lurex.ee is obliged to inform the Client about the change in delivery time as soon as possible after receiving the information by informing the customer by e-mail specified in the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.11. After receiving and sorting the order at the Lurex.ee warehouse, the goods will be delivered to the courier and delivered to the address specified in the order.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.12. The customer must notify Lurex.ee of any changes to the destination immediately before delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.13. The accuracy and reliability of the information given in the order depends on avoiding delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of goods. Lurex.ee and the courier company are not responsible for delays in delivery and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by inaccuracy of the information provided by the Client when placing an order.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.14. Damaged goods must be sent by the customer back to the specified address (Estonia, Tallinn, 13012, Tohu 7-16) no later than 14 working days. Damage information, photos and descriptions must be sent to info@lurex.ee<\/span><\/p>\n

Return and replacement order<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

7.1. The customer has the right to refuse the order within 14 days and replace or return the ordered Product (s). This 14-day period begins upon receipt of the Order by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.2. Returns \/ replacement must be submitted to the Seller within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. An application for withdrawal can be issued as follows:

Returns received by the seller will be accepted only with the completed form (Write to us) in the “contacts” section of the website, or the sent letter in free form to info@lurex.ee<\/span><\/p>\n

7.3. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of application or provide evidence that he transferred the goods to the logistics company during this period. The seller has the right to refuse to reimburse funds until he receives the goods previously purchased by the customer back.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.4. Replaced or returned goods must not be damaged or show signs of damage. The product must be in its original packaging and all original labels must be affixed to the product. If the condition of the goods to be returned or replaced are traces of use, the seller has the right to refuse to replace the goods or refund.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.5. Customer must carefully open the packaging of the Product without damaging it. If the package cannot be opened without damaging it, returning the product in the original packaging is not required.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.6. The purchased order cannot be returned if the ordered goods are made in accordance with the personal needs of the client or in accordance with the conditions specified by the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.7. Upon returning the order, the Seller returns to the Buyer the entire amount received under the Agreement, including the cost of delivery of the order paid by the Client. In the event of a partial refund of the order and the shipping cost added to the order, the Seller may refund the shipping cost in proportion to the number of returned goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.8. The refund will be credited to the Client’s bank account no later than 5 working days from the receipt of the goods. In case of payment by credit card in accordance with the terms of the Bank of the Client.<\/span><\/p>\n

Responsibility and contingencies<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

8.1. Lurex.ee (WEBBER O\u00dc) is liable to you, and you are liable to lurex.ee (WEBBER O\u00dc) to the other party for damage caused by violation of these conditions in cases and to the extent provided for by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/span><\/p>\n

8.2. 9.2.1. Personal information is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.2.2. Purchase history data (purchase date, position, quantity, customer information) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and analyze customer preferences.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.2.3. Bank account number is used to return payments to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.2.4. Personal information, such as email, phone number, customer name, is processed to resolve issues related to goods and services (customer support).<\/span><\/p>\n

9.2.5. The users IP address of the online store or other network identifiers is processed by the online store to provide information society services and statistics on network use.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n9.3.1. Personal data is processed in order to fulfill the contract with the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.3.2. The processing of personal data occurs in order to fulfill a legal obligation (for example, accounting and settlement of consumer disputes).<\/span><\/p>\n

9.3.3. Data processing is carried out with the consent of the client for the following actions: marketing, notification of new products and campaigns of interest to the client.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n9.4.1. Personal information is transmitted to the customer support service of the online store to manage purchases and purchase history, as well as to solve customer problems.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.4.2. The name, phone number and email address will be sent to the transport provider of your choice. In the case of goods delivered by courier, the buyer\u2019s address must be indicated in addition to the online information.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.4.3. If the online store is served by a service provider, personal data will be transferred to the service provider for accounting purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.4.4. Personal information may be shared with information technology service providers if necessary to ensure the functionality of an online store or data hosting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Security and Data Access

\n9.5.1. Personal data is stored on Zone Media O\u00dc servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or countries that have entered the European Economic Area. Data can be transferred to countries that have been assessed by the European Commission as having an adequate level of data protection, and to American companies that are associated with the Privacy Shield structure.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.5.2. Access to personal information is available to employees of the online store, who can access personal information to solve technical issues related to the use of the online store, and to support customers. The online store implements appropriate measures of physical, organizational and information security to protect personal information from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.5.3. The transfer of personal data to trusted processors of the online store (for example, a transport service provider and data hosting) is governed by agreements with the online store and trusted processors. Processors are required to provide appropriate guarantees for the processing of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.5.4. Webber O\u00dc is the processor of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor of PaySera.<\/span><\/p>\n

Access and correction of personal data<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

9.6.1. You can familiarize yourself with personal data and make changes to the profile of the online store. If the purchase is made without a user account, access to personal information can be obtained through the support service.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.7.1. If personal data is processed with the consent of the client, the client has the right to withdraw consent by notifying the support service by e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n9.8.1. Closing the customer account of the online store will lead to the removal of personal information, unless there is a need to save such data for accounting purposes or to resolve disputes with consumers.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.8.2. If the purchase is made without a customer account in the online store, the purchase history is stored for three years.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.8.3. In the case of disputes regarding payments and consumer disputes, personal data is stored until the claim is satisfied or until the expiration of the limitation period. <\/span>Personal data necessary for accounting purposes is stored for seven years.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.9.1. You must contact support by e-mail to delete your personal information. The deletion request must be answered within no more than one month, and the period for deletion must be indicated.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.11.2. If personal data is processed for marketing purposes (profiling), the client has the right at any time to object to the initial and further processing of his personal data, including profiling analysis related to direct marketing, by notifying the support service by e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.12.1 Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through the support service (info@lurex.ee). The supervisor is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (info@aki.ee).<\/span><\/p>\n
