Delivery and transfer

You can receive the goods for free (without shipping costs) in Tallinn, subject to prior approval. To do this, you must contact the above data and provide a list of desired products.

Delivery services cover all of Estonia.

This product will be delivered by one of Itella, DPD or OMNIVA courier services within 2-3 business days (Estonia).

Within Estonia, the goods will be delivered to Itella, DPD or OMNIVA specialized parcel machines, after full payment.

Please follow the correct contact information when placing an order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in order delivery. Lurex.ee (WEBBER OÜ) and the courier are not responsible for delays in delivery and misunderstanding, if the delay or misunderstanding is due to inaccuracy or inaccuracy of the information provided by you at the time of placing the order.

The product will be delivered by courier, for up to 15 business days, depending on the region where the customer lives. For more detailed information, cost and delivery time, see the table above. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempt, the product will be sent back to the Seller.

In the event that the Customer places an order on weekends or holidays, the deadline for sending the order begins from the next first business day from 09:00 (local time) following the weekend or public holiday.

Goods are delivered in parts if product information does not indicate that the product has been assembled.

The delivery time indicated in the order confirmation is valid if 100% of the order amount was paid on the day of the order.

Lurex.ee is obliged to inform the Client about the change in delivery time as soon as possible after receiving the information by informing the customer by e-mail specified in the order.

After receiving and sorting the order at the Lurex.ee warehouse, the goods will be delivered to the courier and delivered to the address specified in the order.

The customer must notify Lurex.ee of any changes to the destination immediately before delivery.

The accuracy and reliability of the information given in the order depends on avoiding delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of goods. Lurex.ee and the courier company are not responsible for delays in delivery and misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is caused by inaccuracy of the information provided by the Client when placing an order.

Damaged goods must be sent by the customer back to the specified address (Estonia, Tallinn, 13012, Tohu 7-16) no later than 14 working days. Damage information, photos and descriptions must be sent to info@lurex.ee
